Baked Sweet Pie Shell
Preheat oven to 475°.
- Make sweet pastry for a 9-inch one-crust pie.
- Place pastry in a 9-inch pie pan, pressing firmly against the bottom and side.
- Prick the bottom and side thoroughly with a fork.
- Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes; cool.
