Caramelized Baby Carrots



  1. Heat butter on medium in a frying pan; cast iron works best.
  2. Add carrots to butter and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle carrots with brown sugar and toss to coat.
  4. Turn heat up to medium-high.
  5. Cook carrots until they begin to brown.
  6. Add balsamic vinegar and spices.
  7. Cook for a 5 minutes.
  8. Serve.
