Cherry Chocolate Teacakes

Dry Ingredients:

Cherries, Chocolate, and Optional Nuts


  1. Preheat oven to 400°. If using convection oven use the pure convection setting at 375°.
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla, flour and salt.
  4. Add cherries, chocolate and optional nuts.
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake until set, but not brown; about 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Cool and serve.


Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
