Chocolate Espresso Glaze For Baked Goods


For  Half recipe    (½ cup)


  1. On low heat melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whisk in 1 teaspoon of hot water at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Dip or spread glaze onto baked goods.


This glaze can be use for Mini Donut Muffins, Mini Chocolate Donut Muffins, and Chocolate Espresso Teacakes With Coconut and Mini-Chocolate Chips.
