Chocolate Glaze (For Bundt or Tube Pan Cakes)

Instructions

  1. Heat chocolate and butter in medium saucepan on low heat until melted, remove from heat.
  2. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Stir in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency.
  4. Glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, or a 12-cup bundt cake.
