Chocolate Glaze (For Bundt or Tube Pan Cakes)
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 2-ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Heat chocolate and butter in medium saucepan on low heat until melted, remove from heat.
- Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Stir in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency.
- Glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, or a 12-cup bundt cake.
