- 8 tablespoons butter, melted (1 stick)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup coconut
- ⅔ cup oats
- ⅓ cup walnuts, finely chopped (optional)
Melt butter in a medium-size bowl.
- Add brown sugar and salt. Mix with a spoon.
- Add flour and cocoa powder; blend in with a spoon.
- Add coconut and oats; toss until blended.
