Citrus Herb Marinade



  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.


Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

I use this marinade for chicken kebobs that I am going to cook on the grill. I usually marinate the chicken with ½ the marinade and refrigerate for two hours. The other half goes on any vegetables I plan to grill and they can marinate for two hours, as well.
