Coconut Streusel Topping



  1. Melt butter in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix with a spoon.
  3. Add flour; blend in with a spoon.
  4. Add coconut; toss till blended.


Sweetened or unsweetened coconut can be used for this recipe.

This recipe can be used with my spiced coffeecake recipe.

If you are not a big fan of coconut try one of my other streusel recipes: oatmeal streusel topping or nut streusel topping.
