Couscous With Garlic and Spices



  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chicken broth, cumin, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring to boil. Turn off heat.
  5. Add couscous.
  6. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve.


Recipe makes 4 half cup servings.
