Decadent Chocolate Cookies


Melt in Saucepan and Add to Work Bowl:

Moist Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:


  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter on low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Pour melted chocolate and butter mixture into mixing bowl.
  3. Add brown sugar, vanilla and mix.
  4. Add eggs and mix.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients.
  6. Add in white chocolate chips.
  7. Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Preheat oven to 325°(convection or regular).
  9. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Click here to learn more about how to grease cookie sheets.
  10. Using a spoon, scoop dough from bowl. The dough will be quite firm.
  11. Shape dough into 1 to 1½-inch balls.
  12. Place balls 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
  13. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies should be set on edges, but soft in the center.
  14. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a rack.


Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.

If you chill the dough for more than two hours, say overnight, leave the dough out at room temperature for 30 minutes before shaping into balls. Be prepared for very firm dough.
