Chinese Dumpling/Pot Sticker Dipping Sauce

(Makes ¼ cup)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Dash of crushed red pepper flakes (or substitute ¼ to ½ teaspoon sriracha for the red pepper flakes)

(Makes ½ cup)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (or substitute ½ to 1 teaspoon sriracha for the red pepper flakes)
Instructions

Whisk ingredients in a small serving bowl
- Serve.
