Makes 4 servings of hot cocoa.

It is best to use whole milk when using hot cocoa. This will produce a richer, creamier cup of hot cocoa.

This is sweet, but not too sweet. If you prefer a slightly bitter cocoa reduce sugar to ¼ cup.
