Italian Penne Pasta Side Dish



  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking mix oil, basil, black pepper, salt, garlic, capers, sun dried tomatoes, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  3. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add olive oil mixture to pasta.
  5. Toss and serve.


Serves 4 to 8 people.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
