Mocha Glaze For Baked Goods


For  Half recipe    (½ cup)


  1. On low heat melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whisk in 1 teaspoon of hot espresso at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Dip or spread glaze onto baked goods.


This glaze can be use for mocha brownies.
