Molasses Butter


For  Single recipe    (Makes about ½ cup)


  1. In small bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
  2. Beating constantly, slowly add molasses and vanilla.
  3. Beat until thoroughly blended.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Serve.


Perfect spread for Dark Pumpernickel Bread.

Refrigerate unused portions.

Will keep in a airtight container for several weeks.
