Pumpkin Bars


Moist Ingredients and Sugar:

Dry Ingredients:



  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, pumpkin, oil, and sugar on medium speed for 1 minute.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Gradually mix on a low speed. Once the ingredients are incorporated scrap down the sides of the bowl and then beat on medium speed for 30 seconds until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into an ungreased rimmed cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Frost with half of a recipe of cream cheese frosting.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
