Stir Fry Sauce
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry or rice wine
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (½ of a lime)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Whisk ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add to stir fry the last five minutes of cooking.
