Baked Pie Shell
Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°.
- Make pastry for a 9-inch One-Crust Pie one-crust pie.
- Place pastry in a 9-inch pie pan, pressing firmly against the bottom and side.
- Prick the bottom and side thoroughly with a fork.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
