Chocolate Glaze (For Bundt or Tube Pan Cakes)

Instructions

  1. Heat chocolate and butter in medium saucepan on low heat until melted, remove from heat.
  2. Whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whisk in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency to glaze the top of the cake and drizzle over the sides of the cake.
  4. Glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, a 12-cup bundt cake, or one 8 or 9-inch round cake.
