Chocolate Glaze (For Bundt or Tube Pan Cakes)

- 2-ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons hot water

Heat chocolate and butter in medium saucepan on low heat until melted, remove from heat.
- Whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency to glaze the top of the cake and drizzle over the sides of the cake.
- Glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, a 12-cup bundt cake, or one 8 or 9-inch round cake.
