Cranberry Sauce/Glaze
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 can (16-ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions

Add ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Over medium heat stir until thickened.
- Cool and serve.
Comments
I use this glaze on pork roast with cranberry glaze and find it adds a very nice flavor to the meat.You can also serve this as a sauce on the side as a compliment to roasted chicken.
