Creamy Glaze (For Bundt or Tube Pan Cakes)

- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla
- 2 to 4 tablespoons hot water

Heat butter in medium saucepan until melted, remove from heat.
- Whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of desired consistency.
- Glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, or a 12-cup bundt cake.
