Fruit Kebobs
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- ¼ watermelon; remove rind and cut into small cubes
- ¼ honeydew melon; remove rind and seeds and cut into small cubes
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe mango, peel, separate flesh from pit, and cut into small pieces
- 15 to 20 toothpicks
Instructions

Thread toothpick with one piece of each fruit.
- Serve.

Do Ahead Tip: Fruit kebobs can be assembled and refrigerated a few hours before serving.Use your imagination. Try using whatever seasonal fruit if available to you. Strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi make a great combination of flavors, as well.
