- 1½ teaspoons dry ground mustard
- ¼ cup dry sherry or fresh orange juice

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- The mixture should make a thick paste.
- Using a pastry brush, spread the glaze over the ham. This step should be done 30 to 45 minutes before the ham is finished baking.
