Mocha Glaze For Baked Goods

Ingredients

For  Half recipe    (½ cup)

Instructions

  1. On low heat melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
  3. Whisk in hot espresso.
  4. Whisk in hot water 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Dip or spread glaze onto baked goods.

Comments

Single recipe glazes a 10-inch chiffon or angel food cake, a 12-cup bundt cake, or one 8 or 9-inch round cake.

This glaze can be use for mocha brownies and fudge chiffon cake.
