Mocha Glaze For Baked Goods

Ingredients

(½ cup)
- 1-ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1½ tablespoons butter
- ½ cup confectioners sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon hot brewed espresso or coffee
- 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon hot water

- 2-ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons hot brewed espresso or coffee
- 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon hot water
Instructions

On low heat melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
- Remove from heat and whisk in confectioners sugar and vanilla.
- Whisk in hot espresso.
- Whisk in hot water 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Dip or spread glaze onto baked goods.
