Molasses Butter

(Makes about ½ cup)
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt

- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
Instructions

In small bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
- Beating constantly, slowly add molasses and vanilla.
- Beat until thoroughly blended.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve.
