Pesto with Linguini Pasta

Instructions

  1. Place basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a food processor.
  2. With food processor running, slowly drizzle olive oil through the feed tube until the pesto is the consistency of a thick paste. Add olive oil in tablespoon increments if needed.
  3. Remove from food processor.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook linguini noodles according to package directions.
  6. Drain noodles.
  7. Add pesto to noodles and toss.
  8. Serve.

Comments

Serve with optional grated Parmesan cheese.
