Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
Moist Ingredients and Sugar:
- 4 eggs
- One 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1½ cups sugar
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350°.
- Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, pumpkin, oil, and sugar on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
- Gradually mix on a low speed. Once the ingredients are incorporated scrap down the sides of the bowl and then beat on medium speed for 30 seconds until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into an ungreased rimmed cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Frost with half of a recipe of cream cheese frosting.
- Cut into bars and serve.
