Quick and Easy Hot Dog Relish

Ingredients
For Single recipe
(Makes ½ cup)
Onion, Dill Pickle, Red Pepper:
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red or orange pepper, finely chopped
Dressing:
- ¾ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1½ teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1½ teaspoons whole grain mustard (See Comment Section Below)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Add chopped onion, dill pickle and red pepper to a medium mixing bowl; set aside.
- In a small bowl whisk dressing ingredients.
- Add dressing to onion, dill pickle and red pepper mixture; toss to incorporate.
- Serve.

Refrigerate unused portions in an air tight container for up to 1 week.If you can't find whole grain mustard substitute stone ground mustard.
What is the difference between whole grain mustard and stone ground mustard? Whole grain mustard is made with whole mustard seeds. Stone ground mustard is made with mustard seeds that have been ground into a coarse paste.
