Instructions

  1. Tear lettuce and spinach greens into bite size pieces.
  2. Place in a salad bowl.
  3. Pour blackberry vinaigrette over greens.
  4. Toss and serve.

Comments

Makes 4 to 6 individual salads.

Serve croutons on the side so they do not get soggy in the salad.
