Thai Peanut Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (preferably reduced sodium)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (use ⅛ for less heat)

- Add to stir fry just before serving.
Comments
Makes about ¾ cup sauce.Enough sauce for stir fry that serves 4.
Note: Reduced sodium soy sauce is preferred.
