Chai Tea Latte


Chai Tea and Milk:



  1. Bring chai latte concentrate to a simmer in a small saucepan.
  2. Steam milk using an espresso machine or an immersion steamer.
  3. If you do not have a way to steam your milk, heat it through in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir frequently to prevent scalding. Once the milk is heated remove from heat immediately.
  4. Pour the brewed chai tea concentrate into a coffee cup.
  5. Add the steamed milk.
  6. Stir gently with a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle your chai latte with a dash of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.
  8. Serve.


Makes 1 chai tea latte.
