Dry Rub

- Enough rub for 1 whole fryer cut-up into pieces
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- Enough rub for 2 whole fryers cut-up into pieces
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub on all surfaces of meat 2 to 3 hours before barbecuing.
