Coconut Streusel Topping
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- ⅔ cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cups flour
- ⅔ cups flaked coconut
Instructions

Melt butter in a medium-size bowl.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix with a spoon.
- Add flour; blend in with a spoon.
- Add coconut; toss till blended.

Sweetened or unsweetened coconut can be used for this recipe.This recipe can be used with my spiced coffeecake recipe.
