Gin Fizz
- Glass chilling time: 10 minutes
- Beverage prep and mixing time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Serving Glass:
- 1 coupe glass, chilled (broad shallow bowled glass atop a stem)
Lemon Garnish:
- 1 lemon peel twist
- 1 thin lemon slice
Cocktail Shaker:
Egg White:
Club Soda:
- 1 ounce club soda or enough to top off drink

To chill and frost the coupe glass, rinse in cold water, wipe off bottom of base and set glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Prepare lemon slice and lemon twist; set aside.
- Pour gin, lemon juice, Simple Syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly (aggressively).
- Add ice and shake again.
- Remove chilled and frosted coupe glass from freezer.
- Pour 1 ounce club soda into glass.
- Pour gin mixture through the strainer at top of shaker into the chilled glass.
- Add lemon twist.
- Place lemon slice on rim of cup.
- Serve.
