Poultry Dry Rub

- Yield: About ½ cup of dry rub
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons ground rosemary
- 2 teaspoons ground thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub on all surfaces of meat 24 to 48 hours before roasting.
