Roasted Garlic Aioli

Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Worcestershire:
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon dijon or stone ground mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Spices:
- Dash cayenne pepper (add more for spicier aioli)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
