Instructions

  1. Combine shredded cabbage and shredded carrot in a large bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add dressing to cabbage mixture, tossing to incorporate.
  4. Serve.

Comments

Unused portions can be refrigerated for several days in an airtight container.

If you use a food processor for shredding the cabbage, try the medium shredding blade.

If you use a food processor for shredding the carrot use the fine shredding blade.
