Couscous With Garlic and Spices
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup quick cooking couscous
Instructions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
- Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add chicken broth, cumin, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring to boil. Turn off heat.
- Add couscous.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
