Israeli Couscous With Garlic and Spices

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic to saucepan and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add couscous. Stir until couscous is lightly toasted.
  4. Add cumin, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add chicken broth.
  6. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

Recipe makes 4 half cup servings.
