Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients
Slaw Ingredients:
- ½ head cabbage, shredded using a food processor, chef's knife, or a grater
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
Dressing Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
Instructions

Combine shredded cabbage and shredded carrot in a large bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until sugar has dissolved.
- Add dressing to cabbage mixture, tossing to incorporate.
- Serve.

Unused portions can be refrigerated for several days in an airtight container.If you use a food processor for shredding the cabbage, try the medium shredding blade.
If you use a food processor for shredding the carrot use the fine shredding blade.
