Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Ingredients
For Single recipe
(Makes 16 brownies)
Baking Pan:
- Butter sides and bottom of a 8x8x2-inch square baking pan; set aside
Ingredients to melt in saucepan on low heat:
- 2-ounces of semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1-ounce of unsweetened baking chocolate
- ½ cup butter (1 stick)
Brown Sugar, Eggs and Vanilla:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Dry Ingredients:
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Swirl Mixture:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup salted creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup confectioners sugar
- Dash of salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped Roasted Peanuts:
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped roasted and salted peanuts

(Makes 32 brownies)
Baking Pan:
- Butter sides and bottom of a 13x9x2-inch oblong cake pan, set aside
Ingredients to melt in saucepan on low heat:
- 4-ounces of semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 2-ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
Brown Sugar and Moist Ingredients:
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Dry Ingredients:
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Swirl Mixture:
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup salted creamy peanut butter
- ⅔ cup confectioners sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped Roasted Peanuts:
- ½ cup coarsely chopped roasted and salted peanuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.
- Butter sides and bottom of baking pan and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan melt the semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate along with the butter on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove melted mixture from the heat.
- Using a big spoon or spatula, stir in the brown sugar.
- Add the vanilla and stir.
- Stir in the eggs.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter swirl ingredients whisking until smooth.
- Drop dollops of the peanut butter swirl mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter mixture into the brownie mixture.
- Sprinkle the chopped roasted peanuts over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool, cut and serve.
