How To Shape and Bake Pan Rolls
Prepare dough through first rise.
- Grease a rectangular 13 x 9-inch oblong baking pan; set aside.
- Shape dough into 24 smooth balls.
- Place balls in prepared pan in 6 rows of 4 each.
- Cover with a dry flour sack towel and let rise in warm place until almost double, about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Brush tops of rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 24 rolls.
